Answer:

If he or she does not act to their gender or a male/female like a transgender.You can also tell if he or she has a GENDER FLUID if you ask that person do you have a gender?Obviously a person with a fixed gender would say "yes",But a person with GENDER FLUID would say "no".

Explanation:

I only heard this word from English Class but I never hear it online.
